Started with kitchen and stairs which were in worst condition. Than refinished old 100 years moldings and doors, installed tile, light, closed radiator pipes in hallway into wall, rewired outside light and lot more...
These stair were making way too much sound so we had to take them apart and rebuild to the condition as they were 100 years ago only reusing old materials, sanded and stained.
We had to fix boxing above cabinets which were already partially installed, because when we tried to put crown molding and additional molding which were still missing, it was out of level as well as space coming in front of cabinets didn't match and we installed backslash and light.
We also refinished/restored old moldings and doors into new condition so they look like as 100 years ago.

One of the things we did was small roof.
I really love this garden set up. we install part hanging on the wall.
